RELISH

COMPLETED

FUNCTION: F&B, Fusion Izakaya (Modern Singapore Cuisine), Dining Bar

AREA: 194 m2

LOCATION: #02-12 Frasers Tower, 182 Cecil Street, 069547, SINGAPORE

Local Chef Willin Low’s second outlet of Relish is an intimate little nook carved out of the overly sterile, glazed CBD.

Tucked at the far end of a corridor of Fraser Tower, Relish is envisioned as an outdoor pavilion, and decked out (and quite literally so - the trellis is actually reclaimed timber decking) in rustic materials such as pebblewash, raw brass sheets, and sun-bleached balau timber that we hope the restaurant will grow into.

The warm hanging lights and plants further lend to the outdoor feel, creating the perfect place for an after work round of drinks and seriously good food as the restaurant turns into Roketto Izakaya at night. ⁣

The private dining room sits at the end of the restaurant behind the indigo curtains, homage to Wild Rocket where it all began - the original wooden latticework creating a new space for tastings, omakases and private events; a shrine that embodies not just experimentation, but also a deep understanding of tradition which is something that Willin has become known for.
